Registering for the Platform
The platform does not offer self-registration.
To create your company and initial user accounts please fill in this form. Clients wishing to add or remove additional users will need to contact their InfoSum representative.
Have a preferred single sign-on (“SSO”) provider? Let your InfoSum representative know the name of your SSO provider and they will help you implement based on these SSO implementation instructions.
If there are multiple users at your company, owners can enable or restrict each user within your company by setting user roles and rights. For example, you may want to restrict the ability to delete a bunker, or the ability to grant permissions to your bunker with other companies, for certain users in your company.
Once you have registered for the platform, InfoSum will then enable your company’s account to create bunkers, among other features that are required to perform your desired use cases.

Insight Bunker and/or Activation Bunker
Within the InfoSum platform there are two types of datasets: one for Insight Bunkers, the other for Activation Bunkers. Bunkers are secure storage environments for your pseudonymized data. Most use cases require Insight Bunkers. Depending on your use cases, you may need both.
- Insight Bunkers are designed to query data. These bunkers are critical for use cases involving pre-campaign activities like calculating match rates, or for performing post-campaign analytics, like measuring incremental lift on conversion rates. Insights datasets are recommended to include both unique identifiers (i.e. email addresses, mobile advertising identifiers, household identifiers, first-party identifiers), and consumer attributes (i.e. what you know about your consumer like demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data).
- Activation Bunkers are designed to export data. These types of bunkers are critical for use cases like onboarding to a media platform, or exporting to a desired cloud environment. Activation datasets require only unique identifiers. If the same dataset is to be used in both an activation and an Insight Bunker, keep in mind that you can prepare one dataset and import this one dataset in both bunkers.
The unique identifier(s) that should be prepared for your Insight Bunker, Activation Bunker or both bunkers, also depends on your use case.
- The dataset prepared for your Insight Bunker should contain the identifier(s) that are used for matching to your collaboration partner’s or identity provider’s dataset. Most commonly these identifiers are email addresses and mobile advertising identifiers.
- The dataset prepared for your Activation Bunker should contain the same identifier(s) listed above for Insight Bunkers, and also the identifier(s) that are required by your desired media platform or cloud environment. Most commonly these identifiers are device, first- and third-party identifiers. You can define what identifiers should and should not be exported in a later step.
Data Formatting Guidelines
Important |
Before creating your data please share a sample data schema with your InfoSum representative, so they can best advise you on a format that can support your use cases. You can provide this using the onboarding form. |
