Activate data to Google Customer Match
Clients might want to activate to Google using Customer Match to reach and re-engage with or suppress and avoid their customers across Search, the Shopping tab, Gmail, YouTube and Display.
Customer Match can be used for direct retargeting, suppression or creating similar audiences to your existing customers for branding and acquisition strategies.
When using Customer Match, you may only upload customer information that you collected in the first-party context, such as information that you collected from your websites, apps, physical shops or other situations where customers shared their information directly with you. Our Google Ads workflow involves using a standard Destination to a S3/GCS bucket or SFTP server and then picking up those files from Google Ads.
