Billing

InfoSum’s tiered pricing model is based on number of datasets, rows and query credits.

Each dataset can have up to 25 categories, with larger sizes available on request. Set up, ingestion and normalisation of data, and the generation of results is included in this cost.

When you purchase a tier, you will receive an allowance for a number of simultaneous datasets. Creating a dataset will reduce your remaining allowance, and deleting a dataset will increase it.

Dataset usage can be monitored by visiting the Billing section, which can be found by using the menu on the top right.

You will then be able to view information on dataset usage over time. Using the arrow next to the date, you can view each dataset private ID, the length of activity and the total row count. You can also download this information as a CSV.
