Public name and description
A dataset's public name and description is a human-readable identifier for the dataset.
You can use the public name and description to tell datasets apart, particularly when you're using the Platform.
- The public name is a brief title for your dataset, which you'll use to identify it in InfoSum Platform. Something like Active customer accounts is ideal.
- The optional public description is simply a free-text explanation of what the dataset is for.
You specify the public name and (optionally) public description when you create the dataset using the Platform. You can also use the Platform to change them at any time.
If you give another user permission to query the dataset, they will be able to see its public name and description.
