A project is a user scoped label associated with a number of datasets.

This can be a combination of the datasets you own and those from permissions. Each dataset can be included in multiple projects at the same time. 

Projects are always created, managed and deleted using the Platform.

There are three ways to create a project:

• By creating a new dataset and using the Projects search bar,
• By switching to the Datasets tab and editing an existing dataset,
• By switching to the Projects tab and selecting New Project.

You can view all your projects using the Projects tabs. From here, you can also add or remove datasets.

You can also filter the Platform by project, so only the associated datasets are displayed in the Datasets, Connections and Permissions tabs.
