Allowance
An allowance is a pre-paid capability to use the Platform.
You are allocated allowances on InfoSum Platform subject to your service plan. Please refer to your contract for details. Not all Platform features come as standard and the following are subject to tiering:
Note: the above features may be technically constrained to limit the consumption of resources.
Bunkers
This allowance controls the number of bunkers per account and rows across Bunkers.
Bunkers are renewable resources. For example, your contract may allow you to have 10 simultaneous Bunkers. When you create a Bunker, this figure will go down to 9, and will go back up to 10 when the Bunker is deleted.
To obtain more Bunkers, please contact your infoSum representative. There is a charge for additional Bunkers.

Queries
This allowance controls the number of queries that can be run on a Bunker per day.
When you create a Bunker, you are given a daily usage allowance of 2000 query credits per Bunker, regardless of the size of the Bunker.
Every time a query is run that references a dataset in your bunker (by you or someone with a permission to your Bunker), it will use the query credits available. These query credits are then used up, but the number available will reset at the start of every day. If you exceed the fair use limit of 2000 queries per day, we may impose technical constraints on your account to limit the consumption of resources.
A query credit may be consumed for each distinct question asked of a dataset. For example, an IQL query involving two datasets (A and B) with the WHERE clause and filters shown below would require four independent queries (for age, income, gender and maritalStatus) across the two datasets.
WHERE (A.age > 25 AND B.income = 30K)
OR (A.gender = 'Male' AND B.maritalStatus = 'Single')
You will consume a query credit every time you use your dataset in Audience Builder, Connection Grid, Connection List, IQL or Segment Builder.
You can run queries either using the Query Tool in the Platform, or programmatically through the Platform API.
API
This allowance controls whether you have automation access to the Platform API and the volume of queries that can be run on the API.
Accounts
This allowance controls the number of users and teams in your company.
Permissions
This allowance controls the number of active permissions that you can run concurrently.
Additional Tools
This allowance controls whether you have access to Single Sign-On integration.
Data Refresh
This allowance controls whether you have automated data refresh and the refresh rate.
