Whitelisting IP addresses
If you are using a VPN or your firewall restricts upload/download of data, you may need to whitelist relevant IP addresses.
Please use the instructions below to do this.
If you have whitelisted the relevant IP addresses and are still experiencing data transfer issues, please contact support@infosum.com.
Import
To whitelist an InfoSum Bunker for data import, you will need to obtain the Bunker’s IP address.
How to find a Bunker’s IP address
Before starting, please make sure you are logged into your InfoSum Platform account.
Switch to the Datasets tab, if you’re not there already.
Next, find the row representing the dataset you want to whitelist.
Click the Access button. You will be taken to the Bunker Dashboard.
From the Bunker Dashboard, you can grab the IP address and give this to your IT team who can whitelist the IP address.
Export
If you have firewalls or VPNs that block data transfer, you will need to whitelist the public-facing IP addresses for any regions you are pushing data to. If you are whitelisting more than one region, you will need to whitelist the IP addresses in phases.
The table below shows the public-facing IP addresses for each region.
