Add IP addresses to an Allowlist
If you are using a VPN or your firewall restricts upload/download of data, you may need to add relevant IP addresses to an Allowlist (whitelist).
Please use the instructions below to do this.
If you have added the relevant IP addresses to the Allowlist and are still experiencing data transfer issues, please contact support@infosum.com.
Import
To allow an InfoSum Bunker for data import, you will need to obtain the Bunker’s IP address.
How to find a Bunker’s IP address
Before starting, please make sure you are logged into your InfoSum Platform account.
Switch to the Datasets tab, if you’re not there already.
Next, find the row representing the dataset you want to add to an allowlist.
Click the Access button. You will be taken to the Bunker Dashboard.
From the Bunker Dashboard, you can grab the IP address and give this to your IT team who can add the IP address to an allowlist.
Export
If you have firewalls or VPNs that block data transfer, you will need to update the allowlist to add the public-facing IP addresses for any regions you are pushing data to. If you are adding more than one region to the allowlist, you will need to update the IP addresses in phases.
