Authorizing IP addresses for using the InfoSum Platform
If you are using a VPN or your firewall restricts upload/download of data, you may need to authorize relevant IP addresses.
Please use the instructions below to do this.
If you have authorized the relevant IP addresses and are still experiencing data transfer issues, please contact support@infosum.com.
To authorize the InfoSum platform and any Bunkers you have for data import, please share the following information with your IT team.

Bunkers IP
You'll need to know which region your Bunkers are in. If you are authorizing more than one region, you will need to authorize the IP addresses in phases.
The table below shows the public-facing IP addresses for each region. You can find your Bunker region in File Management > Publishing > Prepare a dataset.
