Authorizing IP addresses for using the InfoSum Platform
If you are using a VPN or your firewall restricts upload/download of data, you may need to authorize relevant IP addresses.
Please note that authorizing IP address is only relevant to server based imports, a local CSV import will not require IP allowlisting.
Please use the instructions below to set this up.
If you have authorized the relevant IP addresses and are still experiencing data transfer issues, please contact support@infosum.com.
To authorize the InfoSum platform and any Datasets you have for data import, please share the following information with your IT team.

You'll need to know which region your Datasets are in. If you are authorizing more than one region, you will need to authorize the IP addresses in phases.
The table below shows the public-facing IP addresses for each region. You can find your Dataset region in Data Management>Datasets
